FAQ

  • Are the products on stock?
    As we are customized production, most of our products are not stocked. Every piece is made on demand with all customization (and love 😊) needed.
  • What is the delivery time for my order?
    As we are producing on demand, after specification of your order, we will let you know the delivery time of the product. It can range from one week to three months in most of the cases. Please be patient with us, we love what we do, but covers are not our full time activity (the full time activity is now 5 and 2 years old :)).
  • What is the price for shipping?
    Shipping costs vary from the packed product size, speed of shipping, weight of the parcel and country of delivery. Total shipping costs will be calculated together with your order once inquired.
  • What is the warranty of the products?
    We offer 2 years warranty on material and stitching degradation. Adjustments of the fitting are made only within 1 month after delivery.
  • Are there more colors available?
    For covers, no other color than white is available. Main reason is durability in the sun which is by far the longest for white material. For some accessorize we have a range of colors to offer when required.
  • Do prices include VAT?
    No. As we are not VAT registered (according to the law 235/2004 Sb. Zákon o dani z přidané hodnoty of the Czech Republic), you will always pay what you see on our webpage as a final price, no VAT will be added.
  • How do I order?
    When you decide for your product, contact us via email address from this website, specify your demand: - Product type (indoor or outdoor covers, other product) - Type od the glider - Any customization needed (ailerons, engine opening, solar panels...) - Delivery address (at least a country of delivery to estimate the shipping costs) We will then reply with a calculation of the total costs for your order and estimate delivery time. After your confirmation we put your order on the waiting list. After we finish your product, we will send a confirmation email with instructions for the payment and shipping.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    After confirming the order from our site, your order is binding and in any case you want to cancel, you need to do that at least one month before estimated delivery. If we already started with the production, we are not able to cancel the whole order and the deposit paid will be held to cover the invested costs.
  • When do I pay for my order?
    You can pay the whole order in advance after confirming your order or you can pay only a deposit of 30% and the balance of 70% would be then paid after the confirmation of the product completion. We only send a fully paid products.
  • How do I pay for my order?
    We offer two options for payment: - bank account transfer in EUR or CZK - Revolut transfer in any currency (conversion rate to EUR will be estimated on the day of the transfer). We do not offer cash on delivery or card payments.
